Katelyn Fulks

Director of Operations

Katelyn Fulks loves getting to know various businesses and assisting with their marketing needs. By managing operations for Tolbert Marketing and Events, she is able to assist with all client accounts and helps to make sure each campaign is successful. It is with her Master’s in Entrepreneurship from Oklahoma State University, she provides a unique approach to working with local businesses and is passionate on helping those businesses grow.

Kimber Beeler

Director of Sales and Business DEvelopment

Kimber Beeler loves three things: Movies, College Football, and Working with local businesses to build effective marketing partnerships. With 15 years of Advertising/Media experience, Kimber combines her experience and market knowledge to build effective and strategic campaigns that help local businesses drive leads and grow revenue. Kimber graduated from The University of Tennessee with a BS in Communications and has a Master’s Degree in Strategy and Leadership from WGU Tennessee.

Jamie Robinson

Director of Social Media

Jamie loves social media! As a social media expert, she has a passion for visual storytelling. As a born and raised Middle Tennessean, Jamie understands the local market. She, along with her team, creates custom content and graphics to help local businesses tell their stories through engaging content to grow their following and reach.

Mary Jo Weaver

Director of Events & President of Details Wedding and Events

Mary Jo has always been a social butterfly. She loves being surrounded by family and friends and turning every gathering into an event. After planning her wedding in 2008 and then helping several friends with their weddings, she decided she wanted to put her skills learned as a stage manager to use for a different kind of production. Joining the Details team in 2012 was the perfect way for her to utilize and grow her event planning skills. Logistics are her specialty, so even if she isn’t at a particular wedding, you can almost guarantee she has had a hand in the planning somewhere along the way.
